Bagi temen-temen yang tertarik dengan jazz, nih saya mau sedikit share..
tadi tiba-tiba browsing nemu Circle of Fifth yang seperti ini..

hati-hati kalo baca artikel, banyak yang sembarang posting di internet, google, facebook, dll. padahal gak begitu mengerti, cuma pengen kelihatan hebat..

back to topic :CIRCLE OF FIFTH..
apa itu CIRCLE OF FIFTH?
ini adalah sebuah lingkaran interval nada, sebenernya nama aslinya adalah Fifth Sequences Interval, yang mana jarak nada ini memiliki hukum 5 jarak major scale, contoh DO-RE-MI-FA-SOL-LA-SI-DO.. jika di kembangkan jarak DO ke RE itu terhitung satu, RE ke MI juga satu, MI ke FA adalah setengah, FA ke SOL = satu dan seterusnya.. nah interval lima (nama lain Fifth Sequences Interval) adalah jarak 5 interfal DO ke SOL.. DO = C berarti interval 5 setelah C adalah G. dan untuk mencari interfal selanjutnya setelah G, maka anda harus mengkonversikan G = DO, dan Cari SOL nya, sampai seterusnya..

Dan kalau di perhatikan, Interval Empat adalah Reverse dari Interval 5, Sedangkan Interval 5 adalah reverse dari Interval 4.
Disini contoh gambarnya..

Kalo di lihat searah jarum jam (Clockwise) adalah interval 5
Kalo di lihat lawan arah jarum jam (AntiClockwise) adalah interval 4
Kalau saya sangat menyukai interval 4 daripada interfal 5..
